A trend we are seeing a lot of this season is fur. Fur jackets, and many, many fur vests, which are my fav! A fur vest can transform your whole outfit. Here I’m wearing Blank skinny jeans with a black American Apparel tank and black cardigan I found in a little shop in SoHo. My all black ensemble is pulled together with my new fur vest and these awesome boots I found in SoHo as well for a steal. I LOVE the colors in my vest and it truly makes a statement wherever I go. Even better, I got it for 68 bucks at a discount department store, SCORE! (P.S it’s faux fur, I love animals way too much to wear them eeek!)
your vest may be "faux" but your boots are not and your bag probably isnt. a lot of the furs used now dont kill the animals. but every piece of leather that you own, that animal was killed. and if you eat meat - those animals are killed also. so dont be a hypocrite by just wearing a faux fur vest but using your leather bag and wearing your leather or suede boots. the trend is "faux fur" - i understand that - but dont say u "love animals too much to wear them" when your wearing them on your feet in the exact same picture. just be real and be honest. this blog is for you - not to make other people happy. and if you never be real you wont get anywhere. goodluck!
